Somatic Listening – Body Centered Work – Fascia Focused
Jena Frey
Matrix of Mobility
Jena Frey offers integrative, presence-based bodywork rooted in listening, patience, and respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
Her approach is gentle and responsive, guided by what the body communicates moment to moment rather than by a predetermined technique. Sessions are shaped through attentive touch, sound, and subtle awareness, supporting regulation, ease, and integration.
Jena is a licensed massage therapist with over 1,300 hours of formal education, trained through Full Circle School of Alternative Therapies and the Denver School of Massage Therapy. Her work weaves together modern bodywork education with longstanding healing traditions, always adapted to the individual rather than applied as a formula.
Each session is unique. Rather than working to “fix,” Jena works in partnership with clients—listening carefully and allowing the body’s own timing and priorities to lead.
Matrix of Mobility was intentionally created as a nervous-system–supportive space—quiet, grounded, and restorative. The environment is designed to help clients slow down, settle, and reconnect with their internal sense of safety and coherence.
Raised in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, Jena’s work is deeply influenced by nature, movement, and embodied living. Her background includes outdoor survival, mountaineering, kayaking, rock climbing, yoga and Pilates, mindful meditation, mixed martial arts, and EMT-basic training—informing a holistic, lived-in understanding of the body in motion and at rest.
Jena believes healing is a collaborative process that honors the body’s wisdom. Sessions are a shared path of discovery, where practitioner and client meet with curiosity, presence, and mutual respect.
